Intellectual migration from Russia

Migration is a complex social phenomenon which attracts more and more attention of researchers, namely intellectual migration today is subject to much debate. In fact, the problem is very complex, it is believed that the "brain drain" is a global trend caused by globalization, it affects all countries and many areas of activity of any national economy. This problem is also characteristic of our country. Intellectual migration is a threat to the successful economic development, entrepreneurship and national security of Russia, because the loss of intellectual forces is gaining more and more momentum every year.
