A purposeful system of any purpose is considered. Its integral characteristic, information system security is introduced. To ensure such security requires the intellectualization of the system, equipping the system with a complex of intelligent management and development. In turn, the basis of the complex is a radical model of the system, redundant model of "the theater of action of a purposeful system" in the form of a radical media. As a result, a purposeful system becomes an intellectual system, the behavioral activity of which is aimed at ensuring its information system security.
