Intellectual property as an intangible asset in the discussion on the abolition of antitrust immunities of intellectual property in the Russian Federation

Nowadays, the issue of whether exercising of the intellectual property rights shall be regulated by antitrust law is raised frequently as the importance of the intellectual property as an asset is growing. The article aims to improve the existing regulation in the Russian Federation to align it with the idea of the private and public interests balance while fostering both competition and providing for efficient functioning of the economy.
