Intellectual property in the civil legislation of the Russian Federation: the concept and ways of protection

The study touches upon the content of the concept of "intellectual property", as well as ways to protect intellectual property rights to it. The interrelation and correlation of such concepts as "legal protection" and "protection" of intellectual property is considered. It also touches upon the legal regulation of ways to protect the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization. Consideration of the above issues is relevant due to the constant development of civil legal relations in the field of intellectual law. An important place in this area is occupied by the protection of the intellectual rights of subjects of civil law and the extent to which protection measures in this case are developed by the legislator.
