Intellectual law and scientific and educational interaction of the EAEU member states

The article analyzes two main sectors that are the drivers of socio-economic development of the EAEU member states: the scientific and educational sector and the intellectual property (hereinafter - IP) sector. Using various theoretical and methodological approaches of scientific research, the main barriers to development and risks of strengthening the interaction of states in these areas are identified. The authors, based on the study of international practice, as well as national differences of the member states, highlight measures to strengthen cooperation, in particular, recommendations for the state bodies of the Union and private business. Systematization and harmonization of these areas of cooperation of the Union will increase the level of integration interaction in the conditions of digital development of the global economy, as well as to ensure effective protection of IP rights, to form a highly qualified pool of Eurasian youth.
