Intellectual capital as a factor of growth of labor productivity

Labor productivity reflects its effectiveness. The article deals with the development of intellectual capital as the most important basis for the growth of labor productivity in modern conditions. The intellectual essence of intellectual capital, which is determined by organizational intelligence, is characterized. Organizational intelligence is objectively connected with the dynamic process of interaction between the enterprise and the external environment. Criterion for the development of such intelligence is the mobility (flexibility, variability) of the enterprise's behavior. Factors of such mobility are the accumulated knowledge and experience, competent understanding of their capabilities and optimism regarding their use. It seems obvious that different enterprises require various specialized forms of training, methods of adaptation to the external environment. The use of traditional training leads to an expanded application of the existing ways of solving problems, which ultimately reduces their competitiveness in relation to intellectual enterprises. Characteristics of types of organizational intelligence are given. It is shown that the success of an enterprise is determined by its intellectual ability and cognitive styles that are characteristic for it. The characteristic of the enterprises possessing various intellectual talents is given - the most important factor of modern labor productivity.
