Intensification of social and economic interactions of the Sochi-Tuapse recreational agglomeration as factor of territory sustainable development

The article is devoted to the development prospects of interrelations and forms of interaction of key socio-economic factors, which impact with different degree of intensity on agglomeration functioning and sustainable development of the territory in general. The article is focused on the intensification of social and economic interactions in agglomeration as a factor of sustainable development of territories. The study is aimed at identification of infrastructure opportunities of tourist agglomeration in the sphere of information, trade exchange and also the investment and innovative interactions defining sustainable development of territories. The hypothesis of a research consists in justification of the gravitational model determining interaction volume sizes on the basis of forecasts of growth rate of the economic development intensification indicators territories of Sochi-Tuapse recreational agglomeration. The research methods, such as system and situational approach, modeling of social and economic processes, formal and logical analysis, are the base of the study. Results of work consist in complex characteristic of intensity processes of interactions both from a position of application of interaction intensity monitoring and on the basis of definition of interactions expressiveness degree, defining sustainable development of territories. It is established that a basis of calculation of indicators of sustainable development are growth rates of indicators of an intensification of economic development of territories of Sochi-Tuapse of recreational agglomeration. The authors present the gravitational model determining interaction volume sizes and forecast the growth rate of indicators of economic development intensification of Sochi-Tuapse recreational agglomeration. The basis for calculating sustainable development indicators is the growth rate of intensification indicators of the economic development of the Sochi-Tuapse recreational agglomeration. Results of a research can be applied in different types of economic activity, and can be adapted to regional features of sustainable development of territorial entities. The directions of future researches are connected with determination of quantitative and qualitative effect of interactions of financial, human and technological resources, which concentration leads to considerable advantages within sustainable development and promotes expansion of opportunities for reducing costs for production of goods and rendering tourist services.
