Interactive learning at the university: pluses and minuses

The article presents both positive and negative aspects of the process of interactive teaching. The authors consider the difficulties that arise in the democratic style of communication with students, and measures to overcome them. It is concluded that interactive teaching methods are impossible without the teacher's possession of the skills of psychological influence.
