Interactive methods in overcoming anxiety caused by impostor syndrome

The phenomenon of an impostor in the spectrum of human anxiety states is considered. An overview of the author's methods for conducting interactive classes (cases and business game) with an adult audience is given. The results of the study of the influence of interactive methods on the severity of the impostor phenomenon are described. Approaches to more productive use of interactive methods for psychological prevention of anxiety states are proposed.
