The author analyzes the use of interactive technologies in a modern higher education institution in the context of the implementation of a new generation of GEF. Presented are technologies that promote the self-realization of the learner's personality. A detailed analysis of the use of interactive technologies is carried out, arguments for and against their introduction into the educational process are presented. The possibility of implementing a personality-oriented approach in teaching is considered.
