Interactive lectures as one of types to work with children and adolescents in cultural institution of club type

In this article the problem of improvement of leisure of the population is considered and as an effective form it is offered to use such form of cultural and educational work as an interactive lecture hall. Interactive lecture halls not only are capable to impart good art taste, but also can promote the solution of sharply standing problem of transfer of cultural leisure of the population from the center on suburbs of the capital. Definitions of an interactive lecture hall as forms weren't developed before therefore in this work author's definition of interactive lecture halls is presented, the essence and structure of this form, is proved need of promoting of lecture halls as forms of additional art and esthetic education on the basis of cultural institution of club type.
