The interests and priorities of state protection management of the constitutional system, security, and well-being of Russia

The paper reveals the dynamic development processes in the modern society in the context of the globalized market and economic crisis through the category of administrative and legal support for the state protection management of the constitutional system, security, and well-being of Russia. This category is reviewed as a set of complex legal responses of public administration to threats with a view to eliminate or constrain the activities of various units of the system under review under the influence of the external environment and crisis factors that destroy the relative dynamic constancy of the internal structure of society. The author presents the integrative definition of administrative and legal transformation of protection management of the constitutional system, security, and well-being of Russia as a permanent state that allows it to function effectively and develop dynamically in the face of external and internal threats, challenges and other dangerous impacts caused by uncivilized transition to the market as well as the global economic crisis.
