Internationalization of the educational process of universities: implementation technologies (on the example of Russia and China)

In a period of complex and contradictory relations between countries, the internationalization of education in Russia and China has become a key trend in the development of universities and is reduced to the highest degree of national universities in the common educational space. The study of technologies for implementing the internationalization of the educational process should determine the main tools used by universities in Russia and China to enter the international market of educational services. Research methods. The article uses methods of comparative analysis of technologies for the implementation of the internationalization of educational services in various universities in Russia and China based on various criteria, including the development of the processes of internationalization of education in the online environment, the creation of joint organizations for cooperation in the field of higher education, joint educational and scientific programs of universities, ratings efficiency, obtaining international grants, scholarship programs, immigration policy, programs for mastering a foreign language, social and cultural adaptation of students. Results. Higher schools of both countries take an active part in integrating into the international educational space, using the opportunities to participate in intercountry associations to harmonize educational systems, implementing joint training programs, offering scholarship and grant programs for foreign students and national students studying in foreign universities, developing favorable social and cultural conditions for the adaptation of foreign students in the educational space. Conclusion. The internationalization of educational services in Russia and China is an inevitable choice for the integration of higher schools. At the present stage, technologies continue to develop, on the one hand, to increase the competitiveness of universities, and, on the other hand, to integrate them into the global educational space.
