Internationalization of higher education and the bologna process: issue of national identity preservation

The problem of internationalization of higher education in the context of the Bologna Process is investigated. The modern situation concerning international cooperation in defining the general criteria of educational policy is analyzed. The conclusion about the need to preserve national identity in the course of interuniversity interaction and cooperation is formulated.
