Internalization of environmental externalities of industrial enterprises in the process of cadastral evaluation

The article discusses the possible ways of solution of a problem concerned with the negative environmental effects of the industrial enterprises’ activities. The author analyzes the modern evaluation approaches regarding the ecological factor accounting. The special attention is paid to the problems of unfair interpretation of the environmental factor when evaluating the land with the industrial facilities. In addition, the author considers the possibility of taking into account the environmental factor in the process of cadastral evaluation of the industrial lands.
