Internet community of test developers as a way to professional integration and protection of professional confidentiality

The paper addresses use of Internet technologies for overcoming the crisis in contemporary field of psychological testing in Russia. The authors develop a model of Internet community of test developers (ICTD) and describe its tasks and necessary technical prerequisites. The particularly focus is on the protection of professional confidentiality in the ICTD framework. As a prototype of the ICTD the authors analyse Expert community of psychologists functioning on the HT-LINE platform developed by HR-Laboratory «Human Technologies».
