Interpolation of law in Russian law enforcement practice

Introduction: the article is devoted to the peculiarities of interpolation of law in Russian law enforcement practice. Materials and Methods: the basis of the research methodology was formed by the technical and legal method: the author analyzed the law enforcement practice of public authorities, investigated the decisions and definitions of the courts for the presence of non-legal elements integrated into the process of making an enforcement decision or directly in the regulatory legal act. Results: the result of the research was the identification of four main directions of objectification of interpolation of law in law enforcement practice. Discussion and Conclusions: the conclusion was made about the non-exhaustive nature of the accomplished list of directions for objectification of law interpolation in law enforcement practice, as well as about the necessity for discussion of the need to strengthen the role of legislative initiative of Russian courts.
