Interpretation and methodological norm

The term “interpretation” is so popular today and has so many meanings that we have to start the article dedicated to the analysis of the human ability to interpret (to understand and create sensibly) the sign systems with some clarifications. We will focus on the application of this ability to cognition - not to the common or aesthetic knowledge but to scientific knowledge itself. The main question to be discussed will be the possibility of methodological standardization of interpretation.
