The article examines the interpretation of «organizational culture» in the aspect of international cooperation between Russia and China. The relevance of the research topic is substantiated. A comparison is made of the functions of Chinese and Russian leaders. It is noted that in Chinese culture, a boss is not the head of a company, but a person with a set of outstanding characteristics, the most intelligent, conscientious and competent employee in the team, who has all the information about the company, thinks through moves forward, which allows the company to achieve high achievements and keep it at market.
