Year of the youth (2009) falls on the crisis period in economy. Despite of this, breakthrough in the youth policy was needed. And this breakthrough was done! All events stipulated by the Year of the Youth on the territory of the Ryazan region, were fully supplied. We have achieved that youth policy has become regarded as independent direction of activity of government and realized on the base of partnership of government, society and youth.
