The investment attractiveness of the region as a factor of influence on state interregional redistribution

This article examines the investment attractiveness of the Volgograd region relative to other regions of the Russian Federation. Investment attractiveness is one of the factors influencing state budget redistributions, which can serve as a factor in reducing interregional differentiations, because the development of ways to attract investment into the economy of regions with low socio-economic indicators by modernizing measures of state support for subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of investment attractiveness can positively affect the economy of lagging subjects of the Russian Federation.
