Investment component of the Russian electric grid economy

The article is devoted to consideration of the features of financing the development of electric grids in the territory of Russia. This is due to the fact that, being a natural monopoly activity in the electric power industry, the power grid complex in accordance with the Federal Law is regulated by the state, which, in particular, regulates the cost of electric grid services at all voltage levels, setting tariffs for electricity transmission for all electric grid companies regardless of their form of ownership.
