Investment forums in the context of development of the international economic relations of Russia at the beginning of the 21st century

Article is devoted to formation of practice of investment forums in Russia as dialogue forms between the state, business and scientific and expert community. Investment forums are considered in the context of state policy of the Russian Federation in the sphere of modernization of economy. The author characterizes features of the organization, the purpose and results of the investment forums held in 2002 - 2017, paying the main attention to forums with the international status. In article the conclusion is drawn on an essential role of investment forums as instrument of attraction of the capitals in the most significant branches of economy of Russia and a factor of expansion of the international integration of the Russian business.
