Investment projects and social protection of the population as an element of the social policy of Kyrgyzstan in the EAEU

The social protection of the population of Kyrgyzstan in the Eurasian Economic Union has been studied. One of the main elements of the republic’s social policy at this point in time is social protection of the population. Based on the country's statistical data, the number of recipients and the average amount of state monthly benefits for low-income families with children were determined. The main problems of labor migrants and their families regarding social protection are identified. The question is raised about the effective use of information on the employment of migrant workers using a single digital platform “Work without borders” throughout the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. The reasons influencing unemployment and poverty of the population of the republic have been studied and identified, and the impact on solving these problems through the implementation of investment projects and, above all, social orientation has been identified. Proposals have been formulated for the development of unified legal documentation to improve the labor market and social protection of the population of Kyrgyzstan in the EAEU.
