Investment project as an element of urban environment development

The article substantiates the need to implement investment projects in the improvement of the urban environment. The article considers an example of a specific investment project to create a "floating beach recreation area" on the city embankment, describes the main stages of its implementation, possible sources of funding, and expected results. Special attention is paid to the consideration of additional elements for the development of the floating pool infrastructure.
