The investment of innovative activity of housing sector on the basis of public-private partnership (PPP)

The article is devoted to investment tools of innovation activity of the public utility on the base of PPP. The international experience of PPP is studied and the concept of public-private partnership in the public utility is given. The scheme of maintenance of investment PPP project is offered. The authors analyse the main forms of PPP. It is revealed that concession agreements is a priority form of realization of PPP projects in a housing sector. The major factors constraining innovative development of housing and communal services are considered and perspective ways of development are offered.
