Ionic conductivity of Bi2_x_yTmxTayO3+ solid solutions

In bismuth-rich Bi2O3 _ Tm2O3-Ta2O5 system Ві2_х_yTmхТаyO3+δ solid solutions with fluorite-like tetragonal and cubic structures were synthesized. Their transport characteristics were investigated (temperature and concentration dependencies of conductivity and activation energy). It was shown that the structure with high conductivity moves into the range of low temperatures. In mid-temperature interval 400-600 °С conductivity of all solid solutions was higher than that of Bi2O3.
