We have analyzed ionospheric effects within nearby zone of Chelyabinsk meteorite impact (03:20 UT, 15.02.2013). The analysis was made from ISTP SB RAS EKB Radar and IG UB RAS (Institute of Geophysics, Ural Branch of RAS) “Parus” ionosonde data. Both instruments are located about 200 km north of estimated meteorite impact point at “Arti” Observatory territory of IG UB RAS. It was found that the disturbance caused by the meteorite passage, explosion and fall was characterized by high dynamics and amplitude. Nevertheless, the disturbance did not result in changes of mean parameters of the ionosphere within the zone above the disturbance centre during first two hours. However, significant effects have been observed as far as 100-200 km from the explosion point and farther up to 1500 km.
