Mortgage lending and its role in improving the quality of life of the population of modern Russia

The article deals with such an urgent problem of improving the quality of life of the population of Russia as housing. As a solution to this problem in modern Russia, the use of mortgage lending is proposed. The main provisions and principles of mortgage lending are considered, the directions of the national program undertaken by the government of the Russian Federation to improve the living conditions of citizens and their quality of life through the use of the mortgage lending mechanism are analyzed.
