Healing (convalidation) of a transaction by the example of an insurance contract

Taking into account scientific civil law positions and law enforcement practice, to identify and study cases of healing (convalidation) of a transaction using the example of an insurance contract. The presented work is an independent scientific approach to the healing of insurance transactions.
