Pregnancy outcomes and health of children born following assisted reproductive technologies

The paper provides analysis of available national and foreign literature data on pregnancy outcomes and health status of children born following assisted reproductive technologies. The factors that adversely affect embryo survival during pregnancy and health of children born as a result of in vitro fertilization and intracytoplasmic sperm injection are discussed. The authors identify probable risks of adverse outcomes in children born following assisted reproductive technologies.
