Claims against evidence as a way of protection in civil proceedings

In this article, the author analyzes the possibility of applying a claim to the evidence base of a procedural opponent in civil proceedings. The domestic legislation and judicial practice have been studied, which made it possible to highlight the main points and problems of using this method of protecting rights and interests in civil proceedings.
