The purpose of the study was to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of artificial insemination of heifers with sexed sperm in the conditions of farms in different regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The conducted studies have shown that in a comparative analysis of the average results, the highest indicators of the fertility of insemination were noted in heifers with natural sexual hunting. In Green Meadows LLP and Konvisher Farm, the fertilization rate of heifers from primary insemination was 21 heads, or 84 % of the total number of inseminated livestock. In "Family Farm" LLP, this indicator was 8 % lower, which is 76 % of the total number of inseminated livestock in this farm. Of these, 4 heads (16 % of the total number of inseminated livestock) re-entered the hunt in Green Meadows LLP and Konvisher Farm, and 6 heads, or 24 %, in Family Farm LLP. According to the results of two hunts, 18 heads were fertilized in Green Meadows LLP, which is 72 % of the total number of inseminated livestock. In "Family Farm" LLP, 19 heads of heifers, or 64 %, calved. In the farm "Konvisher" calved 19 heads of heifers, which amounted to 76 %. When using hormonal stimulation of sexual hunting in farms, an increase in fertilization was observed by an average of 4.7 %. According to the results of artificial insemination of first-calf cows during the first sexual hunt with hormonal stimulation, the fruitfulness averaged only 29.1 %. Based on the results obtained, it can be stated that the use of sexed seed increased the yield of heifers to 86.7-94.1 %.
