The paper presents the development of a scientific and technical solutions to control data transmission set. In particular, the using cryptographic multilayer encryption algorithms possibility is considered. Algorithms can display the geospatial terrain situation. Multithreaded computational programs allowing to mask geospatial environment with various white noise intensity were created.
