The rapid digitalization of the global economy strengthens the role of artificial intelligence in sales management and customer interaction. The study aims to assess the impact of AI on business efficiency in conservative sectors. Based on a construction company case, it shows that implementing predictive CRM systems, chatbots, and generative tools improves conversion, speeds up responses, and reduces costs. Key barriers include financial, skill, and regulatory challenges. Early AI adoption provides a sustainable competitive advantage.
