Artificial intelligence in mass and individual evaluation

The authors of the article analyze the possibility of using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in mass and individual assessment of market value (MV). The structure of the price arising in transactions is analyzed and the impossibility of using AI for a direct MV-evaluation is demonstrated. In the price structure, the consumer qualities index (CQI) of the object of valuation is highlighted. The authors argue that by evaluation of CQI-Value using AI, reproducibility and accuracy of the result are ensured. The recommended technology of using AI in MV-evaluation is described.
