Artificial intelligence in recruitment: the problem of economic efficiency analysis

The article examines the stages of digital recruitment development and analyzes the key role of artificial intelligence in this process. Particular attention is paid to how a human-centered approach helps reduce candidate rejection and achieve a harmonious combination of technological innovations with an individual approach to each candidate. The importance of developing effective methods for resolving possible disagreements between employers and candidates for vacancies is also emphasized.
