Artificial intelligence in the system of intellectual property rights protection

The article is devoted to the study of the role of artificial intelligence in the system of institutions for the protection of intellectual property rights in the neural digital economy. The analysis of legislative and regulatory innovations in the field of regulation, recognition of legal personality and intellectual rights of artificial intelligence in the World Intellectual Property Organization, in Russia and abroad is given. A fundamental conclusion is formulated about the ontological limit of the existence, spread and dominance of artificial intelligence in human society.
