Artificial intelligence in the system of Russian institutions of state regulation

The article is devoted to the study of the role of artificial intelligence in the system of institutions of state regulation and corporate governance in Russia in a hypercompetitive neuro-digital economy. A summary of new legislative and legal acts dedicated to the digital transformation of public administration and economic sectors is presented. A methodological "entropy-synergy" approach to the study of complex problems related to the classification and regulation of artificial intelligence is formulated.
