The methodology of research and measurement of the state of the attributes of the implementation of the strategy of organizations is developed on the basis of ten-point normative scales. This methodology was used for the examination of several organizations of the same industry, which allowed us to compare the level of implementation of several attributes of the strategy. The allocation of the lowest values of the attributes of the implementation of the strategy of organizations for each organization determined the need to develop innovative proposals to improve their condition.
