Execution of decision of the FBS about the imposition of seizure on the money of debtors, who are in the bank or other credit institution

The article explores the legal basis of such a measure as the imposition of arrest. Also considered are the basic concepts associated with the enforcement proceedings against the debtor, by means of seizure of funds in the bank. The goals and objectives of this measure are analyzed. The features of the implementation of this measure are explored.
