Executive notary inscription as a measure of protection of civil rights

In Art. 12 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation the most important (basic) methods for protecting civil rights are indicated, in addition, this article confirms that the protection of civil rights is also implemented in other ways that are provided for by applicable law. However, the current Russian civil law does not contain the very concept of an executive notary.
