Alternative stochastic simplexed networks of technological operations usage for effects of information operations accounting

A method for describing information and non-informational actions based on alternative stochastic simplexed networks of operations proposed. Method is based on simplices of information and non-informational operations introduced - such that structure and characteristics of non-information operations are functionally related to structure and characteristics of information operations. This allowed to take into account possibilities of changes in the environment during the operation and to calculate effects arising from of information technology usage.
