This article considers significance of usage of CRM-system in the industrial company and specific characteristics of automation in a logistic function such as order management. Comparison analysis of multiple CRM-systems is presented. A decision in choosing a necessary software to manage orders is made, explained and based on requirements. An algorithm of CRM-system implementation with deadlines is discussed. Effectiveness evaluation of CRM-system is made.
