Bioinformatics approaches for identification of resistance genes to bacterial diseases in sweet pepper

Бесплатный доступ

This review presents current bioinformatics approaches used to identify resistance genes against bacterial pathogens in sweet pepper (Capsicum annuum). Particular attention is given to methods such as genome-wide association studies (GWAS), transcriptome analysis, and molecular marker discovery. The importance of integrating genomic tools for improving disease resistance breeding strategies is discussed.
