The work investigated the effectiveness of the use of biological fertilizers and growth stimulants to increase the yield of spring wheat. Biological fertilizers Azotovite and Phosphatovite and growth stimulators Biostim and potassium humate were studied in the forest-steppe of the south of Western Siberia at the experimental field of the Omsk State Agrarian University in 2021-2022. Wheat variety Element 22 was used, the soil was meadow-chernozem heavy loamy. All biological fertilizers and plant growth stimulants had a positive effect on grain yield. On average, for two years with a yield of 3.89 t/ha in the control variant, the use of biological preparations contributed to the formation of spring wheat grain of 4.40-4.61 t/ha, all of them were effective. The largest increases were from the use of potassium humate, in the complex Azotovite + Phosphatovite and Azotovite + Phosphatovite + Potassium humate: 0.61, 0.61 and 0.71 t/ha, respectively. Seed treatment with Azotovite and Phosphatovite also increased yields by 0.55 and 0.51 t/ha. The grain size was 764-797 g/l, the maximum value was formed in the variants Azotovite + Phosphatovite and Azotovite + Phosphatovite + Potassium humate (693 and 697, respectively). The grain weight per plant also increased from 0.65 g in the control to 0.68-0.70 g when seeds were treated with the studied preparations. The mass fraction of gluten in the treatment of seeds with biological preparations increased from 34.5% (control) to 34.7-36.7%, with a maximum in the Azotovite + Phosphatovite + Potassium humate variant. There were the same patterns in the protein content in grain; it increased from 17.1 to 17.2-18.0 %
