The use of brainteaser interviews in personnel selectione

The article presents the essence of non-traditional method of selection and evaluation of a candidate for a vacant position, which is used by personnel services of organizations - brainteaser interview. The authors present the advantages and disadvantages of this method and describe the situations in which the brainteaser interview will be most effective. Also described are groups of tasks used by brainteaser interviews that assess the level of logical thinking of a candidate, his ability to think and find solutions in a non-standard situation.
