This paper will investigate the application of Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) in Walsh bases based on discrete-exponential Vilenkin-Christieson function in the context of digital signal processing. The theoretical justification of this method is discussed, as well as its advantages and high efficiency in transforming signals between frequency and time domains.
