Digitalization is an integral element of modern hotel and restaurant complex management, contributing to improving the quality of guest service and optimizing internal business processes. The introduction of modern technologies, including biometric systems, into hotel automation systems can significantly improve the quality of service and provide an increased level of security for guests.
