It describes the possibilities of using digital technologies in mediation, the advantages and disadvantages of conducting mediation using Internet platforms, the prospects for creating a single digital platform for mediators and the introduction of artificial intelligence into the mediation procedure. The authors make proposals to improve legislation in the field of the development of digital aspects of mediation.
